There are a three different ways you can place an order, and the excepted methods of payment are money order, Visa, and Master Card. Shipping is $5.00 for the first item, then 50 cents for each additional item. Using the order form is a good way to keep phone and e-mail order information straight.

2. Call in your order during business hours.
3. Print out our order form and send it by traditional mail.
